To share my experience and knowledge to help others,
To connect like-minded solace seekers, and
To support my commitment to my own practice.
My journey into mindfulness practice began over 25 years ago when I took a t’ai chi class in grad school. I bold the word practice because it has been 25 years of on-and-off practice that has grounded me through many ups and downs. If sharing my life experiences and knowledge gained through certifications & practice can help just one mom, child, student, person, etc., then taking time to do this blog is worth it to me.
