I am Amy Pidgeon. Developing Nazzy Moms Unite has become my mission. I am a mother of 2 boys, Brady a 7th grader, and Jaxon a 6th grader at NAMS. My husband is Tony. We reside in Bushkill. We moved here before Brady entered kindergarten because we felt that the Nazareth area school district best met our needs for the education and because of the community.
The most important thing to me is my family! Then coming in close 2nd is my purpose in this world. For 22 years I worked in education as a school OT (Occupational Therapy) through the IU, for all the districts in Northampton and Monroe counties. Helping is my passion! Currently, I continue that passion while being employed through our district as a sub, employed by a local hospital, and a pediatric outpatient facility as a per diem staff. We live a very active life with our boys, they keep us busy! They are involved in many sports and school activities. Through that we help as needed through coaching, PTA involvement etc. We love to travel, are always engaged in the current sport season, and I enjoy cooking, photography, and giving back to our local communities through various non profits.
That is my tribe, now for my why? My greatest achievement has been being a Mother, a job which I am completing devoted to and is my top priority! My children's safety and happiness is my daily work!

Hi my name is Jen Karve. I am also part of the administrative team for Nazzy Moms Unite.
I am mom to Kiera and Zack. My husband, Ravi and I moved into Bushkill Township in 2007 from New Jersey. We love living in Nazareth and think it is a fabulous place to raise our children. We have gotten fabulous support both from the Nazareth Area School District and from our community at large. It’s important to me to give back to the community.
I am excited to be a part of Nazzy Mom’s Unite. I hope that this group can be a support to our schools and our community. I look forward to working with all of you to make a difference!
My name is Jennifer Owen and I am the NMU's website administrator.
I grew up in New Jersey and am still friends with fifteen of my friends from Kindergarten. (We still go out together for dinner every quarter!) My husband Michael and I wanted the same for our own two children, Connor and Bridget. So the four of us moved to Nazareth in 2012 just in time for Connor to start Kindergarten. Both of our children have special needs and we felt that if they grew up with the same children, they would be more accepted as they grow and develop. We also wanted to develop relationships with other parents of special needs families.
We are proud of the community of friends that we are building for our family. We are also thankful for the NMU's educational topics that allow us to grow and develop as parents.
